Police Administration

Research and development work focuses on themes like well-being at work, police personnel and leadership, the organisation of police administration, education in and for the police.  The research and development work in these fields is diverse in its form, lenght, and goals.

The research team is headed by senior researcher Vesa Huotari (PhD).
